QLawn Turf

Standard roll 610mm x 1640mm (2ft x 5ft 4") covering 1m

Suitable for almost all applications, Q Lawn is our most popular grade of turf. The dwarf perennial ryegrasses incorporated in the seedmix mean that this product is good looking and hardwearing.

Apart from in the most exceptional circumstances, Q Lawn grade meets the TGA standard.

RTF Turf


 

RTF (Rhizomatous Tall Fescue), is a more shade tolerant turf. It copes better in drought situations, but will also stand periods of water-logging. With roots that go down as far as 1.5 m., it is also ideal for soil stabilisation. It keeps its deep green colour all year round and is self healing. RTF also has an excellent resistance to common turfgrass diseases such as red thread and fusarium patch. In recognition of its water saving quality, RTF has been awarded the 'Waterwise' marque

Big Roll Turf
Q Lawn grade turf which measures 27.03m by 0.74m (88feet X 29inches). Each roll holds approximately 20 square metres and weighs 300kg. The minimum order we can accept is 400 square meters.

Big roll turf is not carried out by conventional harvesting, it requires careful planning, 3 working days notice is required. The charge for big roll is 10% more than standard rolls.

Q Lawn and RTF turf are both available in big rolls.

Topsoil

Presented in convenient 'dumpy' bags. This general purpose Norfolk loam can be used for pre-turfing preparation, re-levelling, creating rock gardens or simply filling planters.

Forest Virgin Pine Woodchip
Forest Virgin Pine

Supplied in dumpy bags (approx 0.8 cubic metres). This is not mulch. It is a white chip with a fantastic smell of pine. It is used to make paths, produce a white border between your house and the lawn/garden. It's great for horses and large pets, including areas where children are and - its lasts longer than mulch or bark.

Woodchip Mulch
The labour-saving, environmentally-friendly way to reduce weeding. This product, sourced directly from Thetford Forest is available in 'dumpy' bags (approx 0.8 cubic metre capacity).
Enviromat

Enviromat on a shed roof

Sedum matting for low maintenance, drought tolerance and all year round colour. Available in trays, slabs or rolls from 250x500mm to 2 square metres.

Enviromat comes complete with mature plants already established in a lifetimes supply of growing medium.

Incorporating 6 varieties of sedum it offers colour and texture and is a haven for wildlife.

Ideal for shed roofs, wall capping, banks and pond surroundings.
